Price information

Prices are per apartment and night based on standard occupancy and a minimum stay of 5 nights.
The local tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to € 2.50 per night and person aged 14 and over, payable on site.

Children up to 4 years stay with us free of charge.
For children from 4 to 14 years, a supplement of € 15.00 per day and person applies – from the 15th birthday onwards € 25.00 per day (always based on standard occupancy).

Holiday information

Check-in/Check-out

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from around 3.00 pm.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 09:30 am.

Holidays with your dog

You are welcome to bring your dog (or other pets) on holiday to the Kerschbama. We charge € 15.00 per night for your four-legged friend (without food). Please bring your own basket and blanket.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or in the apartments. Of course, you are welcome to smoke in the garden or on your balcony.

Possible damages

Things can always go wrong. If a special final clean is required, or if something in the apartment or on the farm should ever get broken, please let us know straight away – we’ll find an easy, uncomplicated solution together.

Booking information

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30 % of the agreed price within 7 days. You can settle your stay in cash, by credit card (Mastercard, Bancomat, Visa) or by bank transfer.
